Local charities we've supported
Grants to local groups doing great work, from young families to search dogs.
Every year the club gives grants to local organizations whose work lines up with ours. Recent and past recipients include:
- Moms and Mentors Society, which supports young moms through mentoring and scholarships
- Sooke Family Resource Society
- Victoria Society for Autism
- Search and Rescue Dog Association of Victoria
- Savory School salmon enhancement program
- Community meal programs on the West Shore
- Salvation Army West Shore Community Christmas Dinner
- An anti-bullying campaign in local schools
