Golf Ball Drop
Up to 4,000 numbered golf balls dropped by Langford Fire Rescue for COVID-19 relief.
During the pandemic we hosted a Golf Ball Drop at Olympic View Golf Club. Up to 4,000 numbered golf balls were released from 40 feet up by the City of Langford Fire Department, and the balls closest to three flags won cash prizes.
Proceeds went to COVID-19 relief on the West Shore, with a focus on hunger and helping people who were isolated or needed extra support.
